Below mentioned are the manuscript guidelines in submitting a paper for inscienz

Guidelines for Manuscript submission

Cover letter
Submission of a cover letter is mandated during manuscript submission. Information provided by the authors will be helpful during processing of manuscript. Cover letter includes
• Names of the authors contributed to the study and the complete details of the corresponding author like E-mail, affiliation, institutional address, contact number and fax
• Title of the paper
• Declaration regarding the study doesn’t submit or published elsewhere and is accepted to publish his/her paper on their own interest
• Author should address the details of editorial board members if their submission involves invitation
• The author should provide the acceptance copy from the copyright holders in case of addition of any information which is published previously as per ICMJE guidelines not to face any copyright problems.
• The author should provide with the grant number in case of any funding for the study or provide the university/organization/society details for financial support.

PERMISSION AND RIGHTS

All the articles published with inscienz journals were permitted to reuse in digital, print modes and for translation into different languages

Manuscript Preparation

Language and limits
Manuscripts should be in English (either US or British English but not the usage of both) There is no limit in case of length of article
Title Page
Should be concise which represents the whole study in a precise manner
Names of the author/authors contributed for the study and the complete details of the corresponding author like E-mail, institutional address, contact number and fax
Abstract The whole study should be briefed in a nutshell and should not exceed 350 words.
Keywords
A minimum of 3 to a maximum of 12 keywords and they should represent the key tenants of study.
Abbreviations
All the abbreviations should be listed under this and at least for one time they should spell in the text part and thereafter go for abbreviated forms
Text Formatting Manuscripts wrapped with word documents are accepted for regular thesis, but in case of studies include mathematics, the file should be sent as latex files to a smooth editing process.
Text should be in Times New Roman (Plain with a font point 10).
Scientific names should be italics (certain terms like in vitro; et al., etc...also) Equations should be in Math Type or in equation editor
Numbering of the pages should be automatic at bottom of the page, use plain number 3 References should be cited with square brackets example: [1-5]
Headings
Heading should be in Times New Roman (Bold with a font point 15). Scientific names should be italics (certain terms like invitro et al., etc...also)
Tables
Should use table tools (avoid spreadsheets).
Should not be an image/picture form
Numerical should be Arabic
Should be provided with proper caption and numbering
Significance values should represent with asterisks (*) Note should be inserted after table body
Figures
Images should be in JPEG/TIFT/ GIF format
Should be in high resolution
Should be provided with proper caption and numbering
Note should be inserted after image body
Acknowledgments
Other than co-authors people who helped for the study or in the preparation of manuscript should be listed in an acknowledgement. The author should provide with the grant number in case of any funding for the study or provide the university/organization/society details for financial support.
Permissions should be obtained from all those who are acknowledged in this section
Bibliography
References listed in the manuscript should be published or accepted for publication Should not cite the articles which are not published or accepted They should be cited in the text part Should be provided with proper numbering
Footnote and endnotes
Footnotes should insert beneath the text where it cited and should be in superscripts and provided with numbering Endnote references should be after the bibliography with superscripts and provided with numbering
Supplementary Data
Supplementary data will be published free of charge and link them to the main article.
